At Green Light Technology Solutions, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of products that are in new and unused condition, with original tags and packaging, within 14 days of the delivery date.
To initiate a return, please email [email protected] with your order number and the reason for the return. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
A restocking fee of 20% is chargeable for unwanted or items that are ordered incorrectly.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within 5 working of days.

Items that have been used or damaged.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and original shipping costs are non- refundable.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will gladly send you a replacement or issue a refund.
